Before entering real estate sales, he worked in the appraisal and assessment field, gaining extensive experience evaluating residential properties and analyzing market trends.
As an Appraiser Trainee, Andrew valued single-family and one- to four-unit residential properties using the Sales Comparison, Cost, and Income Approaches. He later worked with Tyler Technologies on municipal reappraisal projects throughout Vermont.
His valuation experience gives clients a unique advantage when buying or selling real estate, providing valuable insight into pricing, market conditions, and property value.
