Born and raised on a farm in Franklin County, Renee has a deep connection to the area and a genuine appreciation for the Vermont lifestyle. Her local knowledge and strong community relationships allow her to help clients find not just a property, but the right place to call home.
In addition to her real estate experience, Renee brings over 15 years of experience in human services, where she developed strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and is known for being responsive, honest, and focused on making each transaction as smooth and straightforward as possible.
As the founder of Cioffi Realty, Renee is building a brokerage centered on relationships, integrity, and a modern, hands-on approach to real estate.
